What happens after I pick a time?
Your free mini session is booked on the spot. From there it's a video call: meet your teacher, tell us about your dog, and pick up foundational training tips together. If you'd like a custom plan afterward, we'll build and quote one — if not, no hard feelings and no follow-up pressure.
Is the mini session really free? What's the catch?
Really free, no catch, no card required. It exists because virtual training is easier to experience than to explain — one session shows you how live lessons feel better than any webpage could. You leave with useful tips either way.
What technology do I need for the video call?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and an internet connection — that's it. If you can video-call your family, you can do this. Your session confirmation includes a simple link; there's nothing to install or configure.
What if none of the times work for me?
We schedule around busy family lives — that's a core reason we went virtual. Evenings and weekends are available. If nothing on the calendar fits, send us a message from the contact page and we'll find a time that does.
